Regional Museum in Kozienice prof. Tomasz Mikocki

Regional Museum in Kozienice prof. Tomasz Mikocki is located in the historic outbuilding of the former palace complex of King Stanisław August Poniatowski. Although the original museum was established in the 1930s, its collections were destroyed during World War II. The current institution was reactivated in 1970 and since then it serves as a municipal cultural institution.

The museum offers rich permanent exhibitions, including:

"Human trace - the iron era in the Kozienicka Forest", presenting archaeological finds from the region,

"" "Gallery of paintings by Stanisław Wiśnalewicz", with the works of the patron and other artists,

an exhibition devoted to beekeeping and beekeeping in the Kozienicka Forest. The museum is open throughout the year, except for Mondays, and admission is free.
