The building of the Industrial Fund in Radom

The building of the Przemysłowców Loan Fund in Radom is a magnificent, neo -Gothic building erected in 1897 at today's ul. Piłsudskiego 15. This institution was created by local industrialists during the Russian partition as one of the forms of financial self -help, supporting the development of native industry and trade. Kasa was one of the most important credit centers in the region, and its president was, among others Well -known industrialist Teodor Karsch, co -owner of the famous Karsch and Wicenhagen Palace. The characteristic brick facade with neo -Gothic details and a representative architectural form emphasize the importance that the building had in the economic life of Radom at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Currently, the 2nd Branch of Bank Pekao S.A. is located here, but the original appearance and details of the building have been largely preserved.
