Homogenized cheese roll

The history of Radom Dairy Cooperative dates back to 1926, when the first local cooperative was established in Wolanów, based on the cooperation of nearby farmers. In 1941, a dairy was launched in Radom, initially at the meat plant, and from 1972 at the new plant in Żakowice. From 1994, the company operated as an agricultural dairy cooperative "Rolmlecz", becoming one of the recognizable dairy producers in the region. The Homogenized Serek Rolmlecz - light, creamy and available in various flavors - which became a daily delicacy for many generations of the inhabitants of Radom and the surrounding area has gained special popularity. To this day, this cheese raises sentiment as a symbol of home simplicity and local quality.
