Lagoon on Borki is one of the favorite recreational areas of the inhabitants of Radom, located at Krasickiego Street, in the Borki district. A water reservoir with an area of 9 ha was founded in the 1970s - largely thanks to the involvement of the local community. After a period of negligence in the 90s, he underwent thorough revitalization in 1999–2001: the basin was renovated, the bottom was sealed, jaza was renovated, ponds were cleaned and a footbridge, bridges and a bicycle path were built. The whole area was supplemented with new plantings and walking alleys, making the green heart of this part of the city from the lagoon. The reservoir also attracts anglers - several species of fish live in its waters, including pike, carp, zander and sums.
